In between, I've built a little Douglas fir burl and maple Christmas tree ornament with clothes pin feet.
GREATER INVENTORY Please contact me through my Contact page if you're interested in seeing my greater inventory. May you and yours have a wonderful Christmas holiday! Kit Chehalis Renaisance office now has Raven at their window. The office is at 440 N. Market Blvd in the St. Helens Inn building; it's the largest building on your right as you enter the old down town and is white. Raven has a couple of his rattle ravens there too. Stop by and see them.
ARTrails was successful as we met lots of people and had lots of positive comment about the art. The big raven and body ellicited a great amount of discussion while people completely missed the the ravens hung from the ceiling. And, lots of people were interested in what kind of tools and inspiration led to my carvings. Mostly we sold tiles, cards and rolling or walking ducks; things they could take that reminded them of the big items. Next time, we'll put the majority of carvings up at chest or eye level where they are easy to touch and feel by adults.
